Development
We offer great on the job support and coaching to ensure you have all the tools you need to do your job effectively. As you develop and grow in your role, we run annual development workshops at various levels, to support staff who are ready to take on more. These workshops are available to help employees stretch themselves and discover more about what they're capable of doing. They're also great for providing opportunities to work with different people from across the business and try your hand at doing something new.
Regular one-to-one meetings
You will have regular one-to-one meetings with your line manager where you can discuss your development and career aspirations. We always do our best to support the direction our staff want to move in and encourage them to apply for new opportunities as they arise within the business.
